Deepan-paachan, Snehana & Swedana

• Definition, Properties, basic source of sneha dravyas. Types of sneha dravya. Commonly used
oil like Narayan Taila, Bala Taila, Sahacharadi taila, Pinda Taila, Mahavishgarbha Taila,
Dhanvantar taila, Murrivena oil, Panchguna Tail, Mahavishgarbha Taila, Dhanvantar taila,

chief content and indications.
• Indication–contraindications of different sneha, their anupaan, knowledge of timings of sneha
